Terms of Use

On iPhone and iPad, Alune uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps. Alune for Android is not available yet. When it is released on Google Play, it will be licensed to you on the same terms as that agreement, with Google Play in place of Apple, and the Google Play Terms of Service will apply to your download and purchases. By downloading or using Alune, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions and Purchases
- Subscriptions and in-app purchases made in the iPhone and iPad app are billed through Apple. Subscriptions bought on the web are covered in Web Purchases below. Once Alune for Android is released, purchases in it will be billed through Google Play.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (or, for a future Android purchase, in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions).
- Prices, any promotional-offer eligibility, and renewal terms are shown by Apple or Google Play before purchase.
- Google Play terms (for Alune for Android, once released): play.google/about/play-terms.
Web Purchases
- Alune Pro subscriptions bought on the web at app.aluneapp.com are sold by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Creem processes the payment, charges any applicable tax, and appears on your statement.
- Web subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in the customer portal: open your Account page in the web app and choose Manage Subscription. After you cancel, you keep Alune Pro until the end of the current billing period or trial.
- New subscribers who have not had a free trial or Alune Pro before may get a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
- Refunds follow Creem's refund policy. For help with a web purchase, contact [email protected].
- A web subscription unlocks Alune Pro on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web when you sign in with the same Alune account. Subscriptions bought through the App Store are still billed and managed by Apple, not on the web.
Privacy
Please review Alune's Privacy Policy for details about local planner data, optional AI and voice processing, third-party providers, retention, and deletion.
AI Features
Alune's optional Assistant sends the request text, only the relevant planner items needed for that request, and microphone audio when you use voice input to the processors identified in the Privacy Policy. The App identifies those processors and asks for permission before the first AI or voice request is sent. You can decline or later turn off the Assistant without losing Alune's non-AI features.
Product Analytics
Privacy-safe product analytics are enabled by default to help Alune understand which features work and where failures occur. They exclude planner content, AI messages, transcripts, titles, medical details, screenshots, and session replay. Where applicable, Alune relies on its legitimate interests in improving feature adoption, reliability, and performance. You may object at any time using Turn Off Usage Analytics at the bottom of the in-app Privacy Policy, without losing any feature. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
